Tideway Expands U.S. Operations With New Key Hires and Office Opening

VP of Sales and Operations and VP of Global Alliances to Drive Further Penetration in U.S. Market; #2 Banking Center in the U.S. Home of Tideway's New Office in Charlotte, NC

NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- Tideway Systems, the independent leader in IT service configuration management for enterprises, today announced the next phase of its U.S. expansion focused on increasing capacity to service existing and new clients based in the U.S.

Tideway has appointed industry veteran Eric Amster as Vice President of U.S. Sales and Operations to oversee Tideway's sales operations and growth across the U.S. Eric will be based in Tideway's New York offices.

With over 27 years in sales, Eric brings a proven track record for building and leading successful sales teams. Eric joins Tideway Systems from MetaMatrix where he was Vice President of North American Sales and tasked with growing the company's presence within commercial enterprises. Prior to joining MetaMatrix, Eric served as Vice President of Operations - the Americas at MetaStorm. While at MetaStorm, Eric built the North American sales team, resulting in consecutive record-setting quarters.

As part of an expanded U.S. management team, Don Klein (who was previously Vice President of Product Management in Tideway's London offices) recently relocated to Tideway's New York offices as Vice President of Alliances. Don is spearheading Tideway's aggressive global alliance program.

Tideway has also appointed Adam Kurtz as U.S. Sales Director joining a seasoned team of sales directors with in depth experience across the systems and network management industry. Adam will be based in Tideway's new Charlotte, North Carolina office.
