InnoCentive Appoints Lisa Reinhold as Vice President of Client Services

Reinhold drives expansion into professional services and client support to meet the needs of rapidly growing client base

Andover, MASS. – InnoCentive, Inc. (http://www.innocentive.com) the leader in Prize Based Open Innovation sourcing today announced the appointment of Lisa Reinhold as Vice President of Client Services. Reinhold will lead InnoCentive’s Professional Services Practice and manage all aspects of product delivery and support.

Reinhold comes to InnoCentive from Brainshark, Inc, an on-demand rich media communications company. As VP of Brainshark’s Professional Services organization she led their technical support, client success and professional service teams. In addition to maintaining rapid response times and high levels of client care, she managed implementation and consulting engagements to help companies rapidly integrate richer communications into their business processes. Prior to Brainshark, Reinhold was the VP of Client Support & Services - Document Management Division at Hummingbird Ltd. Reinhold received a B.S.B.A. in Computer Science from the University of Florida.
