GoTV Networks Names Carmi Zlotnik Executive Chairman
Former HBO Executive Joins Board of Leading Mobile Entertainment Provider
Sherman Oaks, CA – GoTV Networks, the first and largest mobile entertainment network announced today that Carmi Zlotnik has joined the board of directors and will serve as the Company’s Executive Chairman.
Carmi Zlotnik previously was Executive Vice President of the New Media Programming Group for Home Box Office, Inc. In that position, he was responsible for the creation of video-based programming as well as interactive entertainment for new media platforms, including broadband, wireless, portable devices, on-demand, radio and audio devices. Zlotnik excelled in the development of new media and interactive extensions of existing HBO shows and franchises, focusing on programming and relationships with up-and-coming talent and established veterans indigenous to new media.

Zlotnik joined HBO in August 1987 as director of production, original programming. In 1991 he was named vice president of West Coast Production, original programming and senior vice president, HBO Independent Productions. In 1996 he became vice president, original programming, and creative operations and was promoted to senior vice president in January 2000. He was named executive vice president, original programming, business development and new media in February 2003.
Zlotnik joins GoTV Networks’ current Board of Directors that includes Ron Elwell, Partner, Bessemer Venture Partners, George Zachary, Partner, Charles River Ventures, and Richard E. Harrison, Chief Financial Officer and Director of Business Development, Five States Energy Capital, LLC. GoTV’s Board observers include Nagraj Kashyap, of Qualcomm Ventures and Reese Schroeder of Motorola Ventures, both of whom made strategic investments in GoTV during Q4 2006.
