Phase 1
The first facilitates up front a conclusive dialog among these stakeholders to crystallize a vision of the company's desired state.
Once agreed upon, the desired state drives the entire composition of the search (or searches), and is intrinsically tied to business goals.
Phase 2
The search is launched, targeting the very best fit leadership for the role in the marketplace; candidate and market feedback is distilled. Assessment and measurement tools provide transparency, keep the timeline on track and ensure the feedback continuously informs the process.
Phase 3
The third is near the end of the process during the final selection and closing process where we are empowered with the leverage to best acquire talent as a result of the discipline of phases 1 and 2.
