McIntyre’s superior team building skills have helped facilitate growth of industry-leading companies for more than 13 years. Her search expertise includes recruiting for some of the most influential investors and entrepreneurs in the technology industry.

Previously, McIntyre served as Managing Director at Ross & Company, conducting C-level search assignments for the technology industry for 5 years in enterprise software and services, life sciences, and consumer services growth companies. Prior, McIntyre served as Managing Director at Ramsey Beirne Associates, one of the leading Internet and information technology recruiting firms in the world. As the company’s sixth employee, McIntyre worked closely with the firm’s founder, David Beirne, throughout her career. Together they shaped the leadership teams of some of the biggest pioneers of the Internet’s dawning and the 90s boom of information technology's growth phase. They placed C-level executives at such leading-edge companies as Netscape, Microsoft, @Home, and Healtheon as these vanguards were on the cusp of establishing market dominance.
